As a licensed mental health counselor, I have dedicated my career to helping clients struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, hoarding, and PTSD. Through active listening and showing empathy, I strive to understand each client's unique experiences and perspectives. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult issues and working to implement strategies for improved well-being.
